She specializes in complex trauma, including childhood and sexual abuse, as well as relationship challenges rooted in early experiences. April integrates mindfulness and holistic practices into therapy and offers faith-based counseling when desired. She specializes in supporting clients impacted by narcissism, including those navigating relationships with narcissistic partners or family members. Her approach is tailored to the unique needs of each client, blending evidence-based modalities—such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic therapy—with a humanistic, client-centered perspective. This allows her to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their most vulnerable experiences.

Analiese is a clinician who works with individuals, families, couples, and children experiencing emotional and interpersonal distress, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related concerns, and relational or family dynamic challenges.
