Aimee uses a person-centered, trauma-informed approach in her work with preadolescents, adolescents, and adults navigating life’s transitions and stressors. She draws from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and values-aligned action. When appropriate, Aimee also incorporates parent training strategies to support children’s development and behavior, as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients process and heal from distressing experiences.

Dane is a compassionate clinician who helps people regain their footing when life feels overwhelming. He supports those who sense something needs to change but aren’t sure where to begin, offering a grounded space to explore stress, anxiety, grief, and emotional pain. Dane believes many struggles arise from the stories we’ve learned to tell ourselves, and he works collaboratively to help clients reshape those beliefs into ones that foster resilience, confidence, and authenticity. His warm, relational approach centers on partnership, growth, and emotional clarity, guiding clients toward a more connected and empowered life.

Mackenzie Duncan is deeply committed to creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where clients feel supported in their healing.
